Slips
Cancellation Policy for booking direct with us:
Boats/Slips: Cancel up to 48 hours before reservation for no charge. 50% charge after that. 100% charge for no-show.
Lodging:
$5 booking deposit per reservation is non-refundable.
The rest of reservation cost, not including deposit, is fully refunded for cancellations made outside of 30 days leading up to arrival date. 25% total reservation charged for cancellations inside of 30 days. 50% total reservation charged for cancellations inside of 14 days. No-show/No-call will get no refund.

All stays under 31 days are subject to Mono County 12% Transient Occupancy Tax. Prices are based on 4 persons per site, additional persons subject to extra charge $5 per person (Children 2 and younger no charge). Some weekends require 2 night minimum reservation. Holidays require a 3-day minimum reservation.
